Job Description
The Instructional Designer works with the training manager, clinical operations and other members of the
project team to develop and maintain the training program. As an Instructional Designer you will be responsible for creating and developing training strategies/solutions by partnering with business units (individual contributor through executive) across the enterprise. The position is responsible for supporting complex organizational initiatives by collaborating with multiple stakeholders to define and implement training strategies, including design, development, implementation and evaluation plans.

Required Qualifications
3+ Experience in designing, developing and conducting training curriculum and programs.
3+ years of project management experience
1+ year of any LMS experience
Expert user of PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications
Healthcare industry and/or pharmacy services experience.
Experience with virtual and e-learning training tools and techniques.
Understanding of Learning Management System (LMS) capabilities and functionality.
Demonstrated proficiency in adult learning techniques and multiple delivery channels (i.e. virtual led training, electronic learning, classroom learning, and blended learning).
Excellent facilitation skills, oral and written communication skills.
Ability to manage projects and influence key constituents.
Strong communication ability - verbally and writer
Ability to think strategically about learning solutions and related business challenges
Strong collaborative nature, particularly in times where speed and accuracy are critical
Ability to adapt and react quickly to problems and quickly identify and implement resolution.

Bachelor's Degree Required
Master's Degree Preferred
Instructional Design Certification or Equivalent Education Preferred
