As a Manager of the Medicare Part D team in Account Management, you will maintain client satisfaction and retention efforts for our Clients. You will manage and develop a team of Account Managers dedicated to supporting clients by analyzing complex problems, identifying root causes and assisting with driving practical and creative solutions. As the Manager for this team you will foster teamwork and a supportive departmental culture with an emphasis on ensuring exceptional client service. You will identify and implement departmental standard methodologies to ensure your teams success. You will accomplish this by:

- Building relationships with key client partners through a consultative approach to fully understand client and member needs

- Developing efficient policies and procedures to enhance your teams efficiency and opportunity for success

- Managing your team to accomplish or exceed all Key Performance Objectives

- Managing the account team to ensure all of CVS’ Core Values are met

Your success will be driven by exceeding client satisfaction score targets as well as contributing to reduced service warranty payments to clients. Your skills as an excellent client liaison and complex problem solver will also contribute to your success. In this role you will operate in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines so ability to operate autonomously and make key decisions is imperative. The contributions you will make will position CVS Health as a leader in the PBM marketplace.

Required Qualifications
* A minimum of 5 years of experience which includes work in account management, healthcare, insurance or benefits
* 3 or more years of direct or indirect leadership/management experience
* Willingness and Ability to travel up to 10%

Preferred Qualifications
* Expert Level Rx Claim system knowledge
* Strong understanding of Medicare Part D and PBM processes
* Strong leadership skills with ability to work in a self-directed fashion
* Proficient skill level in the use of Microsoft Office Suite products and various web applications
* Ability to foster interpersonal relationships (i.e. being able to quickly establish a rapport with internal/external customers)
* Proven presentation skills including experience presenting to groups (i.e. managers, clients, and customers)
* Ability to coach, manage, develop and guide employee performance
* Ability to establish meaningful team goals and objectives in order to drive team performance
* Ability to find creative solutions to issues and foster that type of creativeness in your team
* Ability to maintain focus and attention to detail; with the ability to meet project deadlines with various work streams and deliverables
* Ability to coordinate and facilitate multiple team building and training initiatives
* Ability to plan and manage multiple project deliverables simultaneously ensuring all key landmarks are met and risks communicated and mitigated
* Highly adaptive and flexible work style

* Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
* Verifiable High School Diploma or GED is required
