As a key member of the transformation team, the Senior Manager of Transformation (Product Development) will play a critical role in defining the future state of care delivery and the ideal consumer experience model for our company. This role’s primary responsibility will be to guide a cross functional team in a) identifying new product ideas 2) building business cases and c) prioritizing these opportunities into a robust product pipeline for future development. When appropriate this individual will also get involved in creating pilot plans and working with either external vendors or the various operations teams throughout our organization in order to bring the concepts to life. This work will require significant executive presence, presentation creation and delivery skills, and the ability to make connections across disciplines and levels of seniority. The Senior Manager of Point Solution/Product Development will report directly to the Director of Point Solution/Product Development, with frequent exposure to and engagement with executives from the Sr. Director to SVP levels.

Job Responsibilities
* Lead cross-functional team in conducting diligence around new product opportunities and building business cases related to each. Use output of business cases (along with other inputs such as market research) to prioritize opportunities to enter the product pipeline
* Assist in the design and implementation of pilot programs to test these product concepts in market. This will include liaising with external vendors, developing pilot economics/metrics and monitoring/adjusting pilot activities as needed
* Assist Director and Senior Director in creating executive level readouts and presentation materials for executive leadership meetings
* Assist Director and Senior Director with functional support e.g., liaising with procurement, legal and other shared services

Required Qualifications
* Bachelor’s Degree
* 5+ years of work experience, with strong preferences for experience in program / project management and implementation within healthcare
* Strong quantitative skills including ability to build business cases (in Excel), thinking through key inputs, sensitivities and impact on ensuing business decisions
* Strong communicator, both verbal and written, with executive presence and the ability to influence across functions and at all levels of an organization
* Demonstrated presentation skills and ability to develop clear narratives out of complex ideas and circumstances, including familiarity with Microsoft PowerPoint
* Highly organized and able to provide positive leadership across multiple cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, complex working environment
* Demonstrated project management skills with an emphasis on tracking and measuring multiple work streams and summarizing into concise status updates for an executive audience
* Demonstrated organized, detail-oriented, and structured thinking and execution, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and adjust priorities as needed in order to meet deadlines, demonstrating a high level of independent judgment and proactivity

Preferred Qualifications
* Master’s Degree
* Management consulting experience within healthcare a plus

Bachelors Degree
5+ years of experience
